Yepme is a cheat

Name of company/service: Yepme Shopping

I have ordered a pair of shoes on Yepme and after 5 days past the expected delivery they finally delivered a product. It was totally different one than what i ordered and i sent a mail about my concern. They told me that since the product ordered was unavailable they sent me that product (why did they deduct money fro me f it was not avaiable) and since then there is no reply from their customer care.
