I purchased a duffel bag (American tourister red duffels Style #: X-BAGS TRAVEL1 WHD 55CM RUST) worth INR 2850/- on 4 November 2013 from www.yebhi.com. I received the product on 7 November 2013 and when opened it was a damaged product. This was really disappointing as we needed it for my brothers travel on 10 November 2013. On 7 November 2013 within few hours of receiving product I tried to reach yebhi.com on theor contact number 01243877500, but after waiting long time in queue on phone there was no response. I then logged in to my yebhi.com account and raised a return order mentioning ‘It was a damaged product’. I did not receive any response from until 10 November 2013 and we had to purchase the bag from the showroom. On 14 November I received a call from yebhi.com stating that they are going to resend the product and refund is not possible because the I have not informed them about the damaged product, this is completely false claim and they do not have any responsibility about my calls made on the day of receiving product and the return request made on their site within few hours of the same day.
When I called them on 16 November, I could reach support executives in less than 10 seconds and they are not ready to understand the concern and will only resend the product. Kindly help me get the refund from this unfair treatment to the consumer, as I as a customer in good faith and placed order only to receive a damaged product and informed yebhi.com within few hours but they claim I have not, I have proof of information please help to make them understand their fault and punish them not repeat this with any other customer.
I cannot use the product as I have already purchased outside, it is completely yebhi.com ‘s mismanagement that wasted my time and now money as well please consider this request to start an action immediately, I can provide any more proof of information needed.
