I had purchased a Sony Xperia XA1 on 30th May 2017. After a week the Touchscreen stopped working. So I went to the Sony Service and they replaced the set. Then again after 3 weeks, again the Touchscreen stopped working and again I got the Phone replaced. This happened again for 2 more times. I am having this problem again and again with new sets being replaced all the time. In total I have had 4 New sets in the span of 2.5 months. During the 5th time when i got to the Sony Centre they handed me a Standby set, and even that was not working. There was no network on the set even after manually searching for the set. Hence I had left the set in the Service Centre with no standby set at the current moment. This had my whole day wasted, just to get a replacement/standby set. I had provided my contact number but no one even bothered to update about the situation. I am really fedup and Tired with the situation and now I want a Replacement Set other than Xperia XA1 as this has caused me a lots of Mental and Physical Harassment. I had sent the first mail on 18th August and they replied to me on 25th August. But no resolution for the same has been given till date. I had spoken to the regional Service Manager and he did not bother to speak. Instead his Junior had spoken and told me its not the company policy to replace the existing model with a different model. Then I asked him to give in writing that the New Set that will be handed over to me by the service centre will not have the same problem, to which he denied.Again I wrote them on 7th September. The company is busy replying to the mails and I am writing them back but no resolution has been provided till date. The mails are reverted back by the call centre , where they have no power to make/take decision on behalf of the company. No one from the company has bothered to address my problem. Sad to see a company like Sony with such a pathetic Customer Service. It already a month and no resolution still.
Request you to please provide me with the solution at the earliest.
