XOLO service is cheating me I want my money back

Dear Sir/Madam

I’m Satish Verma, baught a XOLOq700 handset on 11-May-2013 having IMEI No 911310450017232. I faced frequent discharge problem on my phone and dropped it to Hyderabad XOLO service station to the person named Jagadish (Contact No. 9642504181) on 28-Jan-2014.

From that day I have not yet received my phone as he tells a different story every time. Now he stopped picking my phone.

I tried reaching xolo customer care explained my problem they said they will escalate the issue but no results as of now. Even customer care can’t track where my phone is right now.

I request you to please help me to get my working phone back as it is still in warranty or to get my money back.

  1. I had bad experience with the service center as I gave my phone on 26 June 2014 for servicing in warranty period, due to constant hanging, bad battery and network issues. This was the first service done on this month, which took 20 days to get my phone back on 15 July 2014. But the issue is still ongoing and the new additional issue is that my battery is swelling up now after the first service which was not prior.

    I again submitted my phone on 16 July 2014 to the center.

    From 26 June 2014, till date.Due to this I suffered a lot and forcefully had to buy new mobile which was waste of money for me.

    And now they asking me to you have to pay charges for mobile.
