xolo q1010 not working

within 2 mo use months of use my xolo q1010 died ( That is according to the xolo service centre ) . I submitted my phone for repair on 2 weeks back but still no reply from xolo about will it can be repaired or are they repairing it or will they replace the phone . Not even that they demanding 10 days more to resolve the issue . If this is a service xolo will provide in near future i doubt i ll ever buy anything from xolo again . pathetic customer service . I am hoping either i get my phone replaced or i want cash back from them because i cant carry faulty phone any more . I will not recommeend any one to buy phone from xolo .
