I’m Purchasing a phone of xolo-A700. After few months there is a problem of power button started in handset.
I talked to Xolo Customer care They told me that your phone will be dispatched in 5 working days after submittion of handset.
till my submittion date 29th july to till now i cant received my handset back.
I’m just Complaining Against This a very bad company and a poor response back against customer queries…
THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT MY HANDSET IS UNDER REPAIRING AND WE CANT GIVE ANY INFORMATION.
PLEASE LODGE MY COMPLAINT AND GUIDE ME WHAT STEPS I CAN TAKE AGAINST THEM…
