“Xolo” – Poor Customer Care Service

I have bought a mobile phone (Model: Xolo Q1000) in Sep’13 and the phone was dead by May’14. The phone was under warranty hence I gave it to the Service center in Chennai “iGlobe Systems Pvt Ltd., Nungambakkam”. I was informed by the service centre guys the main board is not function and it has to be sent to company (Xolo) to get it fixed and it would take approximately 20days. Thereafter I would receive a call from Xolo directly to collect the mobile from the service station after it is fixed however I haven’t received any such call even after a month period. When I check again with service, he gave the same feedback ” I would receive call directly from Xolo to collect the phone”. Then I tried to call the Xolo customer care number and got feedback that the phone is still under repair and they will not be able to commit any day to return it back to me. I had written couple of mails and no proper respond so far. I tried to call the customer care again and they are not responding to any of the query other then saying the status is still under repair.

If any one planning to buy Xolo phones, pls be aware you will have very poor customer response and chance of not getting the mobile back. I suggest not to buy Xolo phones.
