xolo mobile

dear sir,
i am facing a big problem. i am submitted my handset for repair 28 sept on xolo collection center after 38 days ( 6th nov ) they dispatched my set but on xolo collection center i cant found my set. according collection center they received 6 nov dispatched mobiles but my mobile is not their. lot of time i will call on xolo call center but they are not giving me any kind of information for my set. i am very upset plz sir help me. i am giving my details.
