Xolo 8x-1000 dead within a month

purchased xolo 8x-1000 on 22nd september, and in 29th october the phone was dead and now its been over month and they have not given my cell phone back,stating that its been in repair in delhi.
its been a mental torture to go to borivali(service center) and they promise me every next week that it will be done. though in reciept 23rd november was the last date that they will give my cell phone back.
i do want a replacement of cell phone because its been hardly a month that i used 8x-1000 and now its not working..
