xinlabs video balance deduction

Name of company/service: idea Cellular prepaid

My mobile number is 98811-52525. Today while sirfing on vuclip site, I got SMS from IDEACMS that rs 30 has been deducted from account for downloading a video. However I hv nt downloaded any video and this is unfair deduction of money for the service I hv nt used and dont plan to use it in future. Kindly provide help to refund money and stop such malpractice.
