I have not been provided any satisfactory service by Xerox. I have been in touch with them for more than a year now. I have got frustrated with the kind of staff and services xerox have. Their channel, suppliers are also not supportive. We Rudrapur Solvents Pvt. Ltd. have tried all possible ways to tackle this matter in best way, since xerox are not cooperative at any stage now we have left with no option please. Request you to take a note of the same.

Even after the mail quoted below, even on purchasing new cartadge as suggested by xerox people, the problem is still same. I am very much dissatisfied and now planning to go to consumer foroum and CNBC Pheredar for my rights. I have been fooled by the company several times and now even after more than 1yr of purchase my problem is till there and printer is not working since Day 1. I have been tortoured by xerox since i have been given several fake promises. Please sort it out else I will have to go for justice seeking. After all this since my work was hurdeled, i have taken a new canon printer. iiwant my money back.
“Please take a note of several telephonic talks with you regarding my printer Phaser 3100 MFP / X EVR (S.No- 2804439849 253044259 L510013LE4439984) purchased from you through bill no 427 dated 21.09.2011. Only on your insistence regarding the quality of Xerox printer & more about the efficient after sales services of xerox, I purchased this printer in place of the market leader HP. But all your promises turned out to be false & mis guiding as on the very first occasion of fault in the above mentioned printer , it is clearly established that you people are only interested in selling the products & have no interest in settling the grievances of your customers. I lodged a complaint in Feb 2012 with the xerox call centre with complaint no being 2026041. The technical staff through team viewer visualized the problem. It was found the printers firmware was not updated, the tech person updated the same, on that moment he said things would work now and closed the complaint. It was again noticed by me several times that scanner both ADF and Flat Bed were not working properly. Every time I have to restart the printer atleast 3-4 times to scan the pages since it displays the message “Unable to reach the scanner” and all the time since I have purchased the printer I am frustrated every time I use it. The scanner & copier unit is not working properly since beginning. Several months has passed & No body has visited the place for replacing the scanner unit. Why on earth will one need a all in one printer with only printer working ? To add salt to the wound , now the Fax is also not working fine. I dont care a damn if the stock is not available with the company. if your company cannot get the printer unit repaired , why do you sell such product. please take your printer back as I dont need a printer with so many problems. Please return me my money or else i will drag you to the consumer forum.”
