Dont trust the website: www. webmatka.com, related to mr. sultan, is an cheating web site, it doesnt give you money at all, and they do not have capacity to return atleast Rs.100, by the name of lottery /satta they are cheating people, i have lost lot of money, but when i win i asked to withdraw, but they every time say will transfer, will transfer, still that transfer doesnt reached my account it is already 25days over for silly amount of Rs.3000, so my suggest is that, dont loss your money and family, and dont play this type of games
