Dear Sir/ Mam,
I had placed an order online at www.timtara.com ( Order #10266522) on 5th June 2012 for
1 x Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 Mobile Phone
as per the site the order is supposed to be executed in 10 to 15 days. Even after 20 days the company has not delivered the product and customer care every times say it will take 7 more days. I made the payment through credit card for Rs. 15990/-
The mail-id provided at site for esclating the issues provides only auto reply to say that issue to be logged on site which I have already done.
I did some research on the internet and came to know that there are many customer like me who have been duped and have never been provided with product or refund.
It may be interesting to note that Dataquest has rated this site as number one in user experience. Are they hand in glove with this company?
I request Pehredar to takeup my case and many more like me customer who have been duped by TIMTARA.com.

Please let me know if i need to provide any more information.Looking forward to your help in fixing the issue and bringing the TIMTARA.COm site to logical end so that no more people get cheated.
