www.makemydreamholiday.com – FRAUD & CHEAT

Hello,

M/s EMM AAR INFOSOLUTIONS (Calling by Makemydreamholiday.com )is contacting may people across the country and explaining them
their plans and facilities provided by them and also during their conversion with people they specify or take help of ‘makemydreamholiday.com’

After discussion with them I made payment of Rs 8499 through makemydreamholiday.com payment gateway on Oct 1st by using my ICICI Credit Card .
After the deal was done these guys were suddenly out of reach on their phones.(9953646830 number provided by them currnetly on by no replyfrom this number)

This is complete fraud and cheat going on all over the conutry and necessary steps should be taken to stop this.

I tried reaching nearby Police Sataion also but they are not entertaining us.

Is this the right channel through I can proceed for leagal action or any other way is also there ?
Kindly suggest for the same and provide some solution to get back our hardly earned money, Thanks,
