I bought a cloth(with advance full payment) from fashionandyou.com on 24th may with order no: 1939957 and received it on 25th may. There was some issue with size so i requested them to return it. As per norms it take time of 10 days but the return process started on 4th june. I have called them so many times , then they send a person to picked the cloth from me on 18th june after around 15 calls by me. The they have my cloth from 18th june but not returning my money. I have called them more than 20 times and did lots of requests. As per norms it take 4-5 days but it have been around 20 days but they never notify me about the status and whenever i called them , always said the same dialogue that “mam we apologies for it, it will be solve the problem within 72 hours” but i m waiting from last 4th june but didn’t get money in fact they have the product not me. Their customer care is not free, i have spent my around 400 rs just to call them that what is the status why you are not returning my money but always same excuses. You can check my call details in their database as well. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because i m sure they fraud are doing this with many people.
