Myself Amitabh Kumar Pandey, I purchased mblaze postpaid data card (refrence no:-4882836) from connectindia.com through your executive on 26-06-2012, the data card delivered same day by your executive and also he collected my document regarding activation ,but my data card still not activated ,I called so many time in your customer care office but they still say your verification process is pending and also called the executive who took my document for activation but he don’t pick up my calls.I also mail the mts customer care & connectindia customer care but they don’t take action regarding activation my data card. So I kindly request to you please take action on it as soon as possible.
