i am mintu banga i have a salary account on HSBC bank .on January 18 2017
my INR 4000 has been deducted wrongly and showing that cash withdrawal by ATM, But i have never tried to withdrawn money on 18.01.2017 and have log a complain to HSBC banks my complain no is 2701903694 they confirmed me that my complain will be close within 60 days and bank will inform me the resolution but till the date i have not received any proper resolution they only confirmed that money deducted correctly but that don’t have any evidence that can be prove that money was withdrawn & collected by me . They also not able to provide me the ATM address and CCTV footage .Now that saying that they need more 60 days to recheck and arrange the address and CCTV footage.
i have already given more than 90 days to them but they do not work properly only making me full . i need a solution on this issue by helping you you .
