Wrongly Detaction of balance

Location/place: Tollygunge/Kolkata

Name of company/service: Vodafone IN

Dear Sir,
I am using a vodafone connection no:9564136191 in which I rechange an amount of Rs.450 on 09/07/2012 vide Trans ID: RM12602278897 for activating 3G connection and also recharge an amount of Rs.50 on same date vide Trans ID: RM12602281864.
After recharging no 3G connection was activated by the service provider also they deducted the whole main acccount balance to zero. service complain was lounched to vodafone customer care vide service registration no:1165095266.customer care executive assure me to take prompt action within 24 Hours. But after 24 hours no prompt action was taken from the service provider even they are not response accordingly.
