Name of company/service: BAJAJ ALLIANAZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

MY NAME IS DHRUMIL KUMAR PATEL.MY COMPLAINT AGAINST BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY,I SURRENDER MY ULIP PLAN ON 06-02-2012,ON SURRENDER TIME THEY TOLD ME YOU HAVE RECEIVED RS.100053.AFTER DEDUCTION OF SURRENDER CHARGES,BUT I RECEIVED RS.99037 IN MY BANK A/C.THUS THEY GIVE ME ALMOST RS.1016 LESS,WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT AMT WAS SERVICE TAX AMT,WHICH WE DEDUCT FROM YOUR FUND VALE.MY COMPLAINT IS THEY DO NOT GIVE ME ANY RECEIPT ABOUT DEDUCTION OF SERVICE TAX. PLS TAKE INITIAL ACTION ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.MY E-MAIL ID IS [email protected],pls reply to me & also send me consumer court phone number & address in ahmedabad.
