Wrongly debited Rs.204 for non clearing a cheque by canara bank

I was deposited a cheque with my sbi branch for Rs.160000/- of canara bank. But before clearing the cheque canara bank asked to sbi to submit the same cheque in physically and not encashed the same. Then SBI submitted that cheque physically and got it cleared. But for this sbi charged an amount of Rs.204 to my account for non clearing the cheque at first time. I was made a complaint with sbi with a complaint no.CN11879315176 on 25/7/2013, but after four days i received a message from sbi that the compaint has been attended to and closed after resolution. But i have not received back my wrongly deducted amount of Rs.204. Kindly look into the matter as there is none of my fault in the asking of cheque by canara bank physically.
