Wrongly Charged by Vodafone

I am a Vodafone customer from past 8 years…
Few months back i was wrongly charged for some downloading charges…They said I downloaded some short format named crap which was completely false..
now again for the month of Oct,2014 I have been charged 296rs for some downloads which i have never made
Vodafone is becoming pathetic day by day now
My confidence is shaking on their service..
Every month Vodafone is coming out with new techniques for looting people…i guess they might be in huge losses n only way they see is to charge the customers with all kind of nonsense…
I have read so many similar stories of unnecessary charges charged on so many people
Its high time now and people should start taking strict actions towards this nonsense
I hereby demand Vodafone to revert back the charges….otherwise this time I will not let it go.
A complaint shall be filed in consumer court and the matter will be spread wherever possible on all social media sites, social apps, clubs and if required in Tmes of India newspaper and Navbharat Times..
You guys have taken chosen a wrong person to mess with…
