wrongly charged from my main balance

Hello sir,
my name is harshil lodhiya. mobile no. is 08530085308.
i port my sim card from vodafone to idea. i recharge my plan from date 19/10/2017 for free Unlimited I2I Loc / std Mob calls(250 minutes daily) and daily 1 GB 4G/3G/2G data for 84 days.
but i use 250 minutes 4 days and then idea charged from my main balance account.
i called customer care help line no.198 and talk with Daxa Dodhiyar. so she said that you don’t got 250 minutes daily. its 1000 minutes in a week and i can’t give you your balance back and i can’t give you 250 minutes daily.
i need 250 minutes daily and i rcharge for it.
so what is the meaning of my recharge unlimited calls daily 250 minutes?
please help me to get back my unlimited calls and data plan.
