I am postpaid user. I always receive a bill amount in between 600-800. This month I have received a bill of 27000 Rs. I have been trying to reach the Customer support for last 3-4 days. They are not helping me out and they are saying I will have to pay, they charged me for 3g usage, however I had a plan of 499 activated in my account, which says I have 200 mb of 3g and unlimited 2g at reduced speed. I dont know what to do. Please advise, do I need to approach any media or police? I have never gone through this kind of situation before
