Wrongly activation of service and deduction of balance

Name of company/service: RELIANCE GSM

I am using a reliance gsm number 8101131775. Yesterday on 04/07/2012, they automatically activated the naughty jokes service on my number without even my applying for it and deducted Rs 30 on their own. Whenever I am dialing their customer care number its only saying one thing that “the route is busy”. I have tried more than 100 times but nothing has happened since then. Therefore you are kindly requested to get my balance refunded that got deducted unnecessarily.
