I purchased a Tata photon max, bearing no 9216107234,from mohali dealer in 3B2.I got activate the plan of Rs 1000/-per month unlimited usage.But the dealer activated the plan which was nowhere in their leaf-let.The sent me a bill of Rs 1835/-only for 19 days and also terminated my services over 12 days.I approached to the dealer and he admitted his mistake and gave me waver for Rs 1000/-and also told me that the next bill also be generated according to the wrong plan.I got the bill of Rs 2535/- and I paid the bill amount for Rs 1120/-which must be the actual bill after including the tax.In this month I also had to face the termination of the services for more than 5 days.I approached again to the dealer and reminded him of my case .He assured me that you would get the waver but the company debit Rs 338/-in my account which is unjust to me as wrong activation of the plan was not my fault.So please arrange to get me the waver of amount Rs 338/-only. Thanks!
