My mother went to LADLA GOLD PVT. LTD. for replacing their jwellary & purchase new. Before going their she make weight & ask price at Maharaj GOLD PVT. LTD. one of the ledies working their hide one little jwellary & show lower weight than actual. & inssist to check on Maharaja. But at maharaja the person replies their is one stone in jwellry which can removed by only jwellrs so one bali missing in it. we get back to LADLA GOLD PVT. LTD. than they agreed to refund 500 only for that. we have lose of 1000 rs. CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHICH STEPS TO TAKE SO THIS CAN NOT BE HAPPEN WITH ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS.
