My order number is 7737909.
On 30th Jan I had purchased Sony Bravia KLV-32EX310 32 inch Full HD LED TV but this product was not in stock then they offered me KLV-32EX330 TV and i had accepted the offer. after that they had delivered the offered product via CRICONIA Vendor, but bill no. was KLV-32EX310 product and warranty card was of KLV-32EX310.
That time i was not aware of this warranty card.
after four months, My T.V was giving problem like its power supply kit was gone.
Sony service center told me “Your warranty card was not matching with T.V and your T.V serial number did not exist in our record so they told me to talk to the vendor, I can’t help you to repair your T.v without charges.”
Then i spoke with Vendor, he said talk to rediff.
Then i talked with rediff and i had sent a mail to them with all scan copy documents and then they talked with vendor and few days later vendor called me and he told me send my T.V and then told me that he would tell me how much I have pay for repairing as my t.v does not comes under sony warranty it comes under vendor warranty.
But my concern is if it is comes under vendor warranty for one year, so if any things happens he would do repairs or he will take care without any charges applicable to me and i am have a feeling that they had given me faulty product because how can they give me different warranty card with different product.
