My Airtel No. is 9547618450. On 11.07.13 I recharged Rs. 199/- for availing 2GB 2G data pack valid for 30 days as advertised by them but they gave me Airtel to Airtel free 900 mins talktime for 30 days. I e-mailed their Customer Care several times but in spite of admitting their fault, they refused to give me the right benefit and enthrusted their offering to me.

Today (23.07.13) I had a call from the Customer Care of Airtel who told me that the facility of availing 2GB 2G data is against the recharge of Rs. 198/-, not against the recharge of Rs. 199/-. I then checked the retailer from whom I have recharged and he admiitted his fault.
So, I have nothing to say against Bharti Airtel now and like to dissolve my complaint in this regard.
