wrong recharge details in reliance com. chart given to dealer

Location/place: ghaziabad

Name of company/service: reliance telecmunication

on 20th april 2013 i recharge Rs. 207 for 1GB data as per chart given by company and paste on mobile recharge shop placed near air force station hindon. after 5 min. i got an SMS from Reliance “Dear Customer,. your account has been recharged with Rs. .01, Amount payable is Rs207 thank you Reliance.”
after that i check my data from *367*3#, that show 1000.11 Rs (MB) data. now today (21/04/2013) i check my data which is 0.00Rs (MB) and my main balance is also Rs. 0.00.
so i call to Reliance Customer care (198), the higher authority says , the Rs 207 recharge is for FRC( new connection) so iam not applicable for this plan. but i told, you did not mention in the chart, so she says but sir your connection is not new due to this, you do not avail this plan. and she can’t help me about this matter.

but main thing is i am in he loss of Rs. 207/-, which is not accepted by me.

    Hi

    I am also facing the same problem. The dealer recharged with Rs. 207 for 1GB 3G data plan. But I didnt receive any 3G balance. My details are –
    Name – Arindam Chatterjee
    Releiance number – 9555953947
    Problem – Vendor recharged mobile with Rs. 207 for 1GB 3G data plan but didnt receive any data plan.
