Wrong recharge by reliance mobile

Dear Sir
I am using my friends reliance mobile sim and yesterday(03.01.2013)when I got recharge of my mobile though a retailer I got a message that your recharge for BBPRBIS210 is successful.I opted for talktime and reliance mobile company has done a wrong recharge.I lodged a complaint through mail to Customer care reliance mobile,Gujarat but no response received.Please get my money back in terms of talktime.I dont have black berry mobile also.I have been cheated.Please help me in this regard.
