On 10 Jan at about 1400 HRS, I recharged my mobile 9991087091 for rs.297/- for 2.5 GB 3G data from PAYTM. After one hour at about 1510 HRS, another message received of recharge of rs.5/- in which of 20 MB 2G data was credited and which I did not recharge. And because of which I lost my 2.5 GB 3G data. On inquiring from PAYTM through mail, PAYTM replied that rs.5/- recharge was from PAYTM WALLET. They are unnecessary harrasing and after that not giving reply of mail also as they do not have customer care number workable. Please interfere in to the matter for justification. Thank you.
