Location/place: Pune, Maharashtra
I recharged recently with Rs. 300 expecting a talktime of 310 as mentioned on their official website (airtel), but got 264/- instead. Talking to customer care is wastage of time and test of patience. As always, they are giving crap execuses. It happened with me several times. Please help.
