I received a msg that my existing data pack vill be replaced with 4g data pack to activate type yes.
I typed yes and they started deducting my main balance for data usage.
I have lost both my data pack and main blns,i dont knw why you people are cheating your customers.
I hav lost 400 rupees,i want my money bak.
They blocked customer care for my number
