Wrong Promise

I took You broadband connection on 6th feb 2015.
As per conversation with You’s executive i was told that i will get 2 months extra credited for free along with my 12 months plan.
I have official mail from You Broadband in which they have given me commitment.
I called them many time.. Filed many complaints but after a year still i was not given 2 extra months usage. They said they dont have such scheme. I have a mail. I can prove that. Please help me resolve my problem.
