I have purchased Dell laptop Inpiron R14 on 8 June 13 From Dell Exclusive outlet at Tilak Road Pune. I was in belief that Dell Such a big brand and I will get what I am looking for but the story is that These guys from that outlets made me fool by giving wrong product. As I am working with private company and they have IT regulations when you buy laptop. They require Windows Professional configuration and I am not that much of techno savvy so Called my IT person from that outlet and given to Mr. Sripad Sales guy of that Outlet. He has spoken with my IT person Twice about my company policy laptop.. after his conversation Mr. Sripad insured me that I have that configuration laptop and showed me 2-3 models. Then I selected on of them and purchased it of Rs. 38800 with paying 500 Rs more for laptop bag. when I come back to office my IT person was on leave and also I was on tour, so we were unaware of what system I have till I visited to my company IT person. when he came back and checked it then it was not the one which we were looking for and my laptop is not eligible for company reimbursement and nor company software are installed in it. So this laptop is not at all useful for me.After this also when I called Mr. Sripad and asked about configuration the he told me that u will get that online..when called toll free number then they showed me costing of Rs. 7990 approx more for my system and I was shocked to see that and made a complaint against dealer but it was of no use ..Dell people told me that it is fault of dealer not us I don’t know what to do now. So please help me out. Its a harassment from Dell India and Dell exclusive outlet Tilak road , Pune. I want my required configuration machine urgently for my job.
