We had asked for 8 bed sheets with 16 pillow covers from the online portal of the company mentioned above. Our order no. is 17328919. They sent us a wrong product & when we are telling them that we want either the right product or refund when they send a person to collect the wrong product they are showing us the policy. Why should we trust them for just registering a complaint they are not talking on call – 09223537000, they put us on hold & we had to disconnect the call & call again & again & tell the same story every time. This was the first transaction with the portal & they have sent us a wrong product blindly. They say we will send a person to collect the wrong product, we will check whether you are right or wrong & then as you say we will refund the money or hand over the right product but our question is why should we trust them as because of the trust factor only we had opted for cash on delivery. They don’t allow people to check the product before handing over the cash so we also don’t trust them. Kindly help us on the same.
