my name is javed and i oreder a i ball 5.1 speaker from paytm but when i received product and i opened than i am shocked i saw that product was totally different from what I order and i saw that the package was tampered and seal broken .
than i raise return request on paytm i send all pic of them . but they rejected my return request without any information .
