Wrong Product delivery and after long conversation they did not took any action

I placed an order of 3 Rakhi with 50 Gms. Cashew Nuts, BUT delivered only 1 Rakhi with a Small Chocolate ( Vochelle Almonds ) online from http://www.gifts-to-india.com/ website.

I request you to take action against this. From 6-7 days they are not responding correctly in fact after sending the snap of wrong delivered they did not took any action.. Playing with customer emotion and moral values..

Please my kind request to please took some action against these website who make customer fool.
