I ordered a Samsung refrigerator on 5th may.it was delivered on 9th may. Tech came for installation on same day and we discovered that the product specifications were different from the one displayed in the seller site (flipkart). A request was submitted to the seller on 9th may and they informed that the product will be inspected and then replaced. Tech who came for inspection informed that the listing was incorrect and the product was right. Same was informed to flipkart and they initiated a replacement after multiple call backs. I was informed not to pack the product. The logistics guy who came to pick the product refused to pick the product staying that it is not packed hence cannot be picked.
Since then, i have been repeatedly calling flipkart and they are escalating a new ticket every day with sla pf 24 hours for pickup however it is day 22 and the product is still not picked. Flipkart is not ready to refund the money. I am stuck and need help.
