Wrong product delivered, denied to take but still refund not made

I have ordered with order # 224-25-2309 a gift hamper from http://www.indiangiftscenter.com which include below items
1) Huggable Teddy Bear with Bunch of 12 fresh Red Roses
2) Cadbury Celebration Pack (246 gms)

The items what they delivered to me in the second attempt was , a teddy bear which is 6 inches, 120 gms two celebrations and 9 roses [which are of first attempt’s] in a normal cover, even my instruction went into toss, for which i denied to take asked to replace what i have ordered, i have the mail interaction with the vendor,

When they told that there will not be refund on orders, then i asked for the delivery of the items which they taken. Today i received mail stating there will not be any delivery instead refunding the amount, by deducting 500/- as Service charge and for flowers will not get refund and 50% they are paying.

I didn’t get a single item what i order but lost 75% of amount. help me out to get refund, Bad Experience
