Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered a Nokia Lumia 630 black back original cover on 19-11-14. The order was delivered on 26-11-14. I did the payment on the time of delivery. I opened the package and i found the product i ordered was not there, it was a duplicate cover of Rs 300/-. I requested Snapdeal for reverse pickup of the package for changing the product to original one. But no response has been given by them. So i request The Consumer Forum to take action on them as quick as possible.
