Wrong product delivered

i had ordered a KM605 rechargable trimmer on May 25, 2013..i received the product on may 31..but i was delivered with a wrong model Kemei RF-606A….i contacted the customer support the same day and they asked me to email the details and a pic of the product recieved within a day…mailed them the required details the next day…on june 3 they mailed me back asking me to ship the wrong product back to the vendor within 7 working days..

i couriered the product back to the vendor on june 6th and emailed a copy of courier slip to rediff….it was delivered to the vendor on june 10th.. then i recieved no communication from rediff…

on june 13 i again informed rediff shopping that the product was deliverd to the vendor on june 10 with a screenshot of the courier delivery..but no response again…

after waiting for sometime i called rediff customer support(which takes ages to reach) and they promised me a callback within a day with the details..but no response again….

on june 21 i again mailed them that if they cannot process the order they should proceed for a refund…no response again….

then after a couple of calls and no response from rediff shopping on july 7 i changed the subject of the email and emailed them to give me a refund…i was told that if i dont receive the product in 3 working days i will get a refund…

after 3 working days i called them n told them i had not received anything..i was again told that i would be called back in a day…no response…

today is july 12, no product, no email, no refund, i called them back and the exec ttells me that i had not applied for a refund and i should do that….and they are trying to cantact the vendor and it is still in process….and they have a lot of complaints and they go one by one…and i will receive a refund after it is approved and she had no clue as of when will it be approved…..

how much crap can a person take from these usless fake websites….

i have all the emails and all the electronic communication with rediff shopping….
