sir i did reacharge of rs 46.00 on my airtel mobile no 7898952351 through airtel.in where it has shown that u get 37 rs balance on recharge of 46 rs but i didnt get any balance n now company customer care says this recharge has changed.but they have not changed the details on their site .
n giving difffrent phone numbers where only ivr computer responds n no action is being taken to refund my money .kindly do the needful
