WRONG POLICY OF STD CHARTD BANK

Standard Charterd Bank very inteliigently LOOT their Credit Card Holders, first by permitting them to OVER DRAW, over and above the permissible Credit limt and then impose a OVER DRAW penalty of minimum Rs. 500/-. Last month inadvertanlty I exceed my credit card limit by a few hundreds of ruppees and they have imposed a penalty of Rs. 500/- to my account. On contacting them they refused to credit back Rs. 500/- citing their one sided rules and regulations. Other banks sends a message to their Credit Card holders, when the availed credit limit touches 90 % of the sanctioned Credit Card limit. But Std Chart. Bank permits its Credit Card holders to over draw and then they imppose a penalty for exceeding the Credit limit. This approach by SCB is nothing but day light robbery of gullible Credit Card holders. Please instruct SCB to credit back all such OVER DRAW limit penalty imposed on their Credit Card holders from 1st Jan 2013 and demand them NOT to opt for such un-ethical busniess practices.
