Wrong Plan activated without informing

Location/place: Noida

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have been using airtel postpaid from last one year . On 27th July 2013 I requested for plan change from 99-/ rs basic plan to 399 rs combo plan (including 500MB 3G internet free) by service request ( ref no.-51997734).

How ever my plan is changed from 99 to 399 rs but the 3G internet of 500MB which should be included was not activated by Airtel instead of that a new plan of 6GB 3G internet @950 rs activated without informing or confirming to me.

So my concern is why 6GB 3G internet @950 rs plan is activated before and why the 500MB 3G which should be activated with the plan change is not activated at that time. Now due to airtel fault why would I have to pay extra money ? I have never asked you for 6GB 3G @950 rs plan ever.

You can check the uses of data during this time by me. I am using only by thinking as 500 MB 3G only.

I have already suffered a lot due to this, one of your customer representative(Mohan) told me the what all i am saying is correct and money will be reverted to my bill but after dropping mail to [email protected] they are saying differently .

I am very frustrated due to this behaviour of airtel and planning to switch to other operator if my issue is not resolved.
