i would like to lodge a complaint against Jabong.com.. i have placed ordered Coolers Sandals Black with product Id CO673SH01ULQ-103868
Cost of Rs. 750 In Nagpur address on 22 july from jabaong.com but instead of giving sandal at my house they forcefully handed us timex watch .. when we have said that this is not our product they forcefully said you have to keep this parcel only and when i lodge complaint to customer care at jabong . com they said they will refund me the sandal amount by 17 days … this is really hurting & embarrsing it was my father birthday they are saying to place the fresh order for sandal now but they will refund the amount in 17 days… pls take some serious action towards this
