on 27 JUly 2014 We went to NewJA iShawl Emporium during Vaisno Devi Yatra, in the shop we were attent by MrSambhal and Mr. Rahul We select some blankets, shwal total 7 item and gave 1400/- adavance out of 8800/- there, Mr. Rahul give assurance that our parcel will reached to us in our home address within 12 days. Our bill no wason my sisiter name Reema. On 04 August a man of local post office came to our home and asked us to take our parcel from post office. After taking the delivery of the parcel we paid 7887/- to local post office and take our parcel but while cheking the parcel we were shocke to see that all the item we selected in that shop were not there. We contact immediatly to Mr. Sambhal on 0956984555 / 9858374680 and tell him about the wrong delivery. But we are not getting proper responce from him and he is avoiding to take our call. on 05 August 2014 we againt try to contact on 0956984555 / 9858374680 cBut there is no response Sir pls help me to gett either my right parcel of money refund 7887 paid to local post office lalsot at Katra Main bazar Jammu in jai Shawl Emporium.
