on 26 May 2012 We went to New Gori Kashmiri Shawl Emporium during Vaisno Devi Yatra, in the shop we were attent by Mr Munna. We select some blankets, shwal total 8 item and gave 900/- adavance out of 6900/- there, Mr. Munna give assurance that our parcel will reached to us in delhi at our address 4628/14 Jai Mata Market, Tri Nagar Delhi on or before 7 June 2012. Our bill no was 1704 dt 26.5.12 in my wife name Sunita. On 18 June a man of local post office came to our home and asked us to take our parcel from post office. After taking the delivery of the parcel we paid 5000/- + 250/- to local post office and take our parcel but while cheking the parcel we were shocke to see that all the item we selected in that shop were not there. We contact immediatly to Mr. Munna on 09906020474 / 7298380945 and tell him about the wrong delivery. But we are not getting proper responce from him and he is avoiding to take our call. on 20June 2012 we againt try to contact on 09906020474 call was attended by a boy and he said he has left the work and give us another no. of the Mr Rahul Sharma , MD(Managing Director of that emporium) contact no of Mr. Rahul Sharma 09622804434, Sir pls help me to gett either my right parcel of money refund (Rs. 5000/- + 250/- paid to local post office delhi, + 900/- advance on 26 May 2012 at Katra Main bazar Jammu in New Gori Kashmiri Shawl Emporium.
