This is regards to my order num 002701100002184 placed at 10.33.18 am at your store in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Crew ID number is 5 and name mentioned on the bill is Sachin.
Our complete order was 1 Sausage with Egg McMuffin, 2 Value Meals of Egg and Cheese McMuffin, 1 Value Meal of Sausage and Egg McMuffin, 1 Veg Mc Muffin and 3 Hashbrown
We received only sausage and cheese Mc Muffin instead of sausage and egg Mc Muffin. Further are the incidents happened in regards to this
1) We first called your customer care and we were given the number of Mr Shahid whom we should contact for this
2) On speaking to Mr Shahid, he mentioned that the kitchen is closed and nothing can be done about this. When I mentioned that the order was wrong and something needs to be done about that as we have paid the entire amount. He then mentions that he would send a voucher to my residence as a compensation for the mistake
3) After some time I get medium french fries and that too the concerned had come with a bill for that, why am I supposed to pay additional money apart from what I have already paid??????
This is my second incident with Mc Donald’s and I must say that the concerned people at the outlets should be taught how to pacify agitated customers when they know that the mistake has happened from their end.
