Dear Sir
I am an account holder of Punjab National Bank. I submitted an RTGS to be executed in favor of below mentioned detail. But the bank has remitted the money in another account and the customer has withdrawn the money.
There is nowhere my fault as I am attaching the copy of Passbook and Application form of RTGS where the account no and name is clearly mentioned.
When I appealed the Punjab National Bank. The Branch head took the initiative but of no use the central office of PNBand ICICI Bank did not respond. The copy of his mail is also attached.
I have been following the Bank as well as the person who withdrew the money for approx last two months continuously but of no use. Bank is not taking initiative any more and the person is not ready to pay the amount back his contact detail is mentioned below.
Finally I urge Justice in my case and reversal of Amount with interest. As I am already paying interest for it.
